We buy spare parts and equipment from manufacturers and specialist distributors and sell them to you at an agreed total price. We also arrange shipping and export.
Procurement & Sourcing
We take on procurement tasks in full or in part: researching suppliers, comparing quotes and coordinating orders.
Business Consulting
We advise on procurement and sales processes and can support the implementation.
How an order works
Request
You tell us the manufacturer, part number, quantity and delivery location.
Quote
We contact the manufacturer or distributor and send you a written quote.
Order and payment
You place a written order and pay as agreed in the quote.
Shipping and export
For deliveries outside the EU, we file the export declaration ourselves or have it filed by a customs broker or the freight forwarder.
Documents
You receive the commercial invoice and the delivery note.
Direct contact with the Managing Director
Your contact is the Managing Director himself, from the first call to delivery. We are open about prices, delivery terms and the limits of what we do. If we cannot handle a request properly, we tell you.
